Carmine's Import Service Loaner Car Policy

Thank you for choosing Carmine's Import Service. By replying "I Agree" to the message sent by our front office via email or text, and attaching proof of insurance coverage along with your driver's license, you acknowledge and agree to the following Loaner Car Policy:

1. Loaner Vehicle Details

You will receive a loaner vehicle (details provided at pickup) for temporary use during your vehicle's service, subject to availability. Carmine's Import Service may recall the vehicle with 24 hours' notice.

2. Borrower's Insurance as Primary

Your personal or commercial auto insurance is the primary coverage for the loaner vehicle. You must maintain:

• Comprehensive coverage (e.g., theft, vandalism, or other damage).
• Collision coverage for accident-related damage.
• Liability coverage with minimum limits of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident, or as required by state law, whichever is higher.

Before taking possession of the loaner vehicle, you must provide proof of valid insurance meeting these requirements. You must notify us immediately if your insurance changes or lapses during the loan period.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Operate the loaner vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws.
• The vehicle may not be used for commercial purposes, racing, towing, or illegal activities.
• Only you or drivers listed on your insurance policy and approved by Carmine's Import Service may drive the vehicle.
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excepted).
• Refuel or recharge the vehicle at your expense to the same level as provided.
• Report any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately.

4. Liability for Damage or Loss

You are fully responsible for any damage to or loss of the loaner vehicle, including accidents, theft, or vandalism. If your insurance does not cover all repair or replacement costs, you agree to pay Carmine's Import Service for any outstanding costs, including deductibles, within 7 days of receiving an invoice.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carmine's Import Service, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the loaner vehicle.

6. Secondary Coverage

If your insurance is insufficient, Carmine's Import Service's insurance may provide secondary coverage at our discretion. You agree to reimburse us for any costs, including deductibles, incurred by our insurance due to your use of the vehicle.

7. Policy Acknowledgement

By replying "I Agree" to the email or text message from our front office, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Loaner Car Policy. Non-compliance may result in termination of loaner vehicle use and liability for additional costs.

Please reply to the message from our front office via email or text to confirm your acceptance of this policy. Attach photos of the front and back of your driver's license and your insurance card, which must clearly show the insurance coverage limits.
