Carmine has always been very great to take my car to, the professionalism and care in which they put into our car rivals that of the Mercedes dealership. What first impressed me about this shop was the initial phone call. Unlike other places, they were professional, straightforward, and able to answer all my questions with ease. This gave me confidence that their work would reflect that same level of care — and I was right. From diagnosis to repairs to getting back on the road, the entire process was seamless. It’s clear this is a well-managed and organized business. After the initial diagnostic, they took the time to explain everything clearly and provided an accurate timeline for the repairs. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and picking up my car was hassle-free. I’ll definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend others do the same. 5 stars!

Recently, part of our team attended a Tesla training class hosted by Carmine’s Import Service. We were all incredibly impressed with the facility setup, the equipment, and the expertise of Carmine’s team. The hands-on workshop was an absolute game-changer for our small business as we transition from servicing European cars to working on EVs. We look forward to sending the remainder of our team members to a future workshop.
