Pfafftown is a community with a few auto repair shops that serve the local population, offering quality auto services. An excellent BMW auto repair business that's a short drive from the community is Carmine's Import Service. Carmine is located in Kernersville.
Carmine's Import Service's main goal was to work on car makes that needed specialized skills like European, Japanese, or exotic domestic. The shop's experience grew extremely familiar with local communities over the years, with most of its focus going on customer education and satisfaction. The shop's most recognized skills are on BMW vehicles.
Besides servicing BMW vehicles, the team at Carmine's offers unique service for exotic car brands and excels in diagnosing and repairing domestic vehicles. For any BMW type, the team's main direction is to provide customer education.
Customer education is sharing expert knowledge with the car owner, explaining specific things about their vehicle so they can decide on repairs with better information. At Carmine's, technicians take photos and videos during BMW inspections, recording everything that could relate to car issues. Then, the mechanic edits these recordings by adding text, circles, and arrows to highlight car parts that need explaining.
The main goal of editing the recordings is to share with the customer the names of car parts, the damage risks, the urgency of the issues, and the suggested repair. With this knowledge, the customer can make informed decisions and plan the repairs based on the expert's suggestions.

I needed my Tesla to be looked at for a squeaky noise. Tesla service center did not have an appointment for at least 41 days Max at Carmines was able to get me scheduled within a day or two. Drop off was easy and they even given me a ride back. However I did not go through getting the car fixed as the estimate was almost 8 times more than what Tesla quoted. I was willing to pay a little more but not that much. I decided instead to wait it out for the Tesla service appt. Max was very professional about my decision. All in all great experience. I will go back if the price was right.
