Service Team Leader
Stuart’s interest for European cars started at an early age while spectating at local autocross and high performance track day events. He joined our team of Service Consultants in 2016 and plans to expand his knowledge through his job and training. Stuart earned his ASE certification during his stay with us. He owns a cat, Milos, named after the Seinfeld character. Stuart enjoys all aspects of precision high performance driving and control. Other hobbies include hiking, cycling, and driving the great local roads of the Northern Triad Area. Stuart hopes one day to own and restore a round-tail light BMW 1600 or 2002.
Service Team Advisor & WorkFlow Manager
Dillon oversees workflow in shop and customer service at our front counter. He also writes up service and repair orders for customers. As an ASE Certified Consultant, you can be sure you are getting the latest and most accurate information known to us when your vehicle is under our care. Dillon is married and has two beautiful twin girls. He drives a BMW 525iT, and enjoys family time, hunting sports, and ATVs.
Master ASE Certified Technician
A senior Master technician at Carmine’s with 24 years of experience in the automotive industry specializing in all types European imports with extensive Mercedes-Benz and BMW knowledge. Steve also has an extensive background in general automotive service and repair from dealerships to independents. Between him, Carmine, James, and John, and combine experience of over 80 years, this team is second to none whether it comes to complicated programming, routine maintenance, and severe or simple repairs. He has a thing for Porsche cars too. Always wanted a 997. Steve is married with children, enjoys spending time with his daughters and loves the outdoors.

Inventory & Parts Specialist
Born and raised in a tire family business, Michael has always been around cars, acting as both a sales assistant and concierge driver. Though the years Michael has gained extensive knowledge of inventory management and customer service. He drives a 2018 Mazda 3 and enjoys collecting vinyl of classic rock albums. One might say he still has “Beatlemania”
Joel is a student at Forsyth Tech Transportation Center. Hobbies of his include playing soccer, hanging out with friends, and working on cars. One day he hopes to go into the car business himself and open a car dealership.
Founder & ASE Certified Master Technician
Carmine has been serving the European car community of the Triad area since 1999. He opened his full-service shop in downtown Kernersville in 2008. Carmine is an ASE Master Certified Technician, & Bosch Certified. He has a degree in Information Technology with concentration on networking and is also a Microsoft Certified Professional, so he can understand, diagnose and repair your new-car technology better than anyone in the area. Carmine’s understanding CAN-BUS topology associated with all late-model vehicle electrical systems is second to none in the Triad area. With such experience in modern automotive technology, he is constantly making sure the shop is equipped with the latest factory or factory-level or better diagnostic equipment that will not only help troubleshoot problems right the first time, but save the customer unnecessary troubleshooting charges. Carmine is proud to be married to a veteran of the US Army and has a 12-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old son. He has a problem working too much but he enjoys spending time with his family, and although doesn’t race anymore, he stills enjoys driving on the race track with any car he can get his hands on. He constantly switches cars to stay ahead of the curve in comparison to other shop with regards to technology. Carmine is a High Performance Driving Instructor for the BMW Car Club of America. Carmine has owned over 100 different European vehicles since he started driving so his experience with even the smallest detail is second to none. He even spends time at new car dealerships test driving the newer makes and learning how the new systems work so he can mentor customers when the time comes. He has owned everything from a ’75 BMW 2002, to an ’87 Alfa Romeo, to a ’16 BMW M4 GTS.
