Mercedes-Benz Service Center – Carmine’s Import Service
Driving a Mercedes-Benz gives you, the discerning driver, an air of solidity and comfort. Mercedes have long been designed to eat up the miles on motorways. But bad alignment can push good performance to the wayside. At Carmine’s Import Service in Kernersville, NC, we understand the necessity of Mercedes-Benz wheel alignments. Your vehicle may encounter rough roads, potholes, speed bumps, uneven pavement, and other road hazards. Over time, these hazards play havoc with your Mercedes’ wheel alignment. Hitting them will cause your vehicle to pull to one side or another. In addition, your tires will show uneven wear and poorer handling. If you are experiencing either of these issues, then it’s definitely time to get an alignment. Our team of ASE-certified technicians can take your vehicle for a test drive to determine what it may need for the alignment.

Mercedes-Benz Service Is Important
Once our technicians get your vehicle to the alignment rack, they will find where your wheels and tires are pointing. Using state-of-the-art tools, we’re able to correct your alignment to the finest of margins. As standard procedure, we use Mercedes alignment bolts to adjust the camber and toe of your vehicle. Depending on your vehicle’s setup, the alignment might be more aggressive if you’re into high-performance driving. Once the alignment bolts are installed and adjusted, our mechanic will double-check that the alignment lines up. Afterward, we take the vehicle for a test drive and assess if more adjustments need to be made. One thing to keep in mind: if your Mercedes vehicle has ADAS (Automatic Driver Assist System), then it will also need to be adjusted. It’s found on most late-model Mercedes and S-Class models. The ADAS is used for lane assistance and cruise control. If the system is not aligned properly, the vehicle will begin to drift out of the lane.
