Absolute Best Service for Your Mercedes-Benz

The Importance of Service and Repair

You finally bought your dream car. Now what? Keep your Mercedes-Benz in its absolute best condition by performing scheduled preventive maintenance services A and B as recommended by the manufacturer. The Mercedes-Benz auto line is known for performance, style, and longevity. Even so, as an owner, you have to do your part. At Carmine's Import Service in Kernersville, North Carolina, we can help you do just that. Whether it's time for Service A, Service B, or repairs, our ASE-certified technicians know just what your vehicle needs. Make an appointment today to see why we're recognized as a Blue Seal of Excellence shop.

Service A

After you've driven your Mercedes-Benz a year or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first), you'll need to bring it in for Service A. This visit covers the basic preventive maintenance points. For instance, your technician will change the oil and filter using synthetic engine oil. Also, he/she will check and adjust (if needed) the tire air pressure, check all fluid levels (power steering, coolant, brake, windshield wiper) (topping them off as necessary), and inspect the brakes. Before the service visit concludes, your technician will reset the maintenance counter. This specific schedule and associated service points apply to 2009 and newer models driven under normal conditions. If you have an older model, check your owner's manual for information about service intervals. Talk to our staff if you drive under unusual circumstances.

Service B

Once you reach the 20,000-mile threshold, your Mercedes-Benz will need Service B. Like the Service A checklist, this visit includes oil and filter change with synthetic motor oil, checking and topping of all fluids, and tire air pressure check (reinflating the tires as necessary). Furthermore, the brake fluid is changed as is the cabin dust/combination filter prior to resetting the maintenance counter. The year model rule regarding recommended service described above applies to Service B, too.
